We are a small Pre-school located in the rural village of Whimple in East Devon. The pre-school is run in the Victory Hall and provides care and education for children between the ages of 2yrs 6mths and 5 years.
We are open for 26 hours per week and can accept Government funding vouchers.
We are run by a voluntary committee of parents who, along with our dedicated staff, provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment in which your child can develop, explore, learn and have fun.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and nurturing environment and the happiness of the children. We strive to ensure that all children feel relaxed, listened to, valued and treated with respect. All children are treated as individuals and are encouraged to develop and learn at their own pace. Through a wide range of activities we provide them with opportunities to develop their social, physical, emotional and communication skills.
Our staff are highly experienced and well qualified plus we have a high ratio of adults to children giving more individual care.
We have good links with Whimple Primary School and children receive a smooth transition into the reception class.
